Products are available for delivery across the European Union, with operations currently focused on Spain. Prices shown include VAT, and shipping is performed by third-party logistics partners within 3–7 business days.

2. Applicability and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website, users unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the customer enters into a distance contract with the operator, governed by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) 34/2014, and Law no. 365/2002 on e-commerce.

3. Products and Prices

All product prices listed on the site include VAT (according to the applicable rate in the destination country). Product descriptions and images are provided by authorized suppliers and may show minor variations in color, texture, or size. Images are for presentation purposes only and do not represent contractual obligations.

4. Order Placement

Orders are placed online via the AdoraDeko platform. Automated confirmations do not constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is considered concluded once the customer receives the order dispatch confirmation by email. The operator reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect data, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment Methods

Secure online payment can be made via:

• Netopia Payments (bank card)

• PayPal

AdoraDeko does not store any card data. Payment information is processed exclusively by authorized payment providers for the purpose of completing the transaction (according to Art. 6(b) GDPR).

6. Delivery

Products are shipped via third-party logistics partners within approximately 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels, peak seasons, or errors in the delivery address. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If the order is refused or undeliverable, two-way shipping fees may apply.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

According to GEO 34/2014, individual consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of product delivery, without providing a reason.

Additionally, AdoraDeko offers unlimited returns, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

• If returned without packaging or with visible damage, a partial refund (up to 50%) may apply.

• Additional services (e.g., delivery to upper floors) are non-refundable.

Returns must be requested by email at contact@adoradeko.com and supported by evidence (photos/videos if applicable). Refunds are processed via the same payment method after product evaluation.

8. Warranties

All products are covered by:

• Legal conformity warranty: 2 years (according to Law 449/2003)

• Commercial warranty: 5 years for furniture, 3 years for decorations

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and documentation (photos/videos) to contact@adoradeko.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

AdoraDeko is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profit or opportunity

• Delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure

• Improper use of the product by the customer

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The website content (text, images, structure, code) is the exclusive property of AdoraDeko or licensed third parties. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification without written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We collect:
